Paarl Precision Ltd was established in 2018 as a global supplier of special metal tube components and vacuum brazed assemblies for the medical, aerospace, and precision instrument sectors. As a leading specialist supplier of miniature tubular components, Paarl Precision continues to enhance its expertise in laser processing and precision CNC machining.
Operating out of purpose-built premises in Oxford, Oxfordshire, the business has honed its skills in laser processing and has established a collaboration with the Swiss Welding Institute.

Quality Management System BS EN ISO 9001:2015
Twenty-six different procedures guide our working methodology, ensuring compliance with these is regularly audited internally and annually by our approval body, CRL. These procedures include those for controlling documents and records, along with schedules and methods for internal audits and management reviews. Detailed procedures for managing non-conforming products, corrective and preventive actions, and complaint handling are also in place. Our quality management system encompasses contract review, production planning and control, including the realization of medical device components through precision CNC machining. Additionally, our purchasing procedures involve vendor sourcing and monitoring. Goods, including those related to laser processing, are labeled, stored, and utilized according to established procedures, ensuring traceability throughout the system. Goods are inspected upon arrival, throughout production, and final inspections are documented as outlined in our QMS. Staff are recruited, trained, and assessed according to the appropriate procedures. Our planning and risk management procedures facilitate forward planning and the assessment of risks inherent in the business.
